A processing fee will be applied each month, in addition to the permit price.
The parking permit is valid only at 1425 Rockwell Ave, Cleveland, Ohio 44114.
You must obey all other posted lot rules and regulations.
The purchase of one monthly permit reserves the right to one assigned space in the lot.
In and out privileges are permitted.
H5 is not responsible for loss of and/or damage to vehicles or contents.
Vehicles parked in a space but not disclosed to H5 via PermitPoint may be issued a Parking Violation Notice and/or towed at the owner's expense. If customer must park and vehicle not previously disclosed in PermitPoint, customer must notify H5 via intercom in the lot each day that the vehicle is present.
Applicants may be denied monthly parking permits at the discretion of H5 for issues including but not limited to: unpaid permit(s), failed auto-renewal, repeat parking violations, etc.
The customer cannot assign or transfer this agreement without the prior written or verbal consent of H5.
Parking Permits will be approved and spaces assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
Auto-Renewal credit card payments will be processed on the 1st of each month and will carry over your assigned space. Failed auto-renewal will release your space and require a new permit request be submitted.
Thirty (30) days prior cancellation notice is not required, but much appreciated. If you are enrolled in the automatic credit card payment option (AutoPay), cancellation requests must be made in writing via e-mail or USPS mail.
Cancellations and/or refunds prior to the expiration of the permit will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing via email or USPS mail.
These terms and conditions are subject to change, and your monthly parking agreement may be terminated at any time for any reason without prior notice.
