How do I obtain a parking permit?

Create an account here and then request a permit

 

How are permits approved and spaces assigned?

Permits are approved, and spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

 

How will I know that I was approved and assigned a space?

You will receive a confirmation email of your request being submitted. You will then receive another email once your permit request has been approved and space has been assigned.

 

Will I need to display a permit in my vehicle?

No. H5 will enforce space assignments using the vehicle information provided in your Permit Point account.

 

What if I must drive a vehicle not listed on my account, such as a rental car?

Each day you are driving a vehicle not disclosed in your PermitPoint account, you must notify H5 via the intercom at the entrance of the parking lot. Failure to notify each day the vehicle is being parked may result in a Parking Violation Notice and/or towing at the owner’s expense.

 

What if someone is parked in my assigned space?

Report the violation to H5 via the intercom at the entrance of the parking lot. H5 will then instruct you on next steps for your parking assignment of the day.
